Terms of Service -AI Article Agent

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AI Article Agent (the "Service"), operated by AI Article Agent ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AI Article Agent is an AI-powered batch article generation tool delivered as a Google Chrome extension. The Service uses your own third-party AI API keys (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, DeepSeek) to automatically research, outline, write, fact-check, and format SEO articles in bulk. Articles can be saved locally, published to Google Drive, or posted directly to Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

Access to the Service requires signing in with a Google account via Google OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Plans and Pricing

    Pro Plan - $19.9 one-time payment - Lifetime access

    A single payment grants you permanent, unlimited access to all features of the Service with no recurring charges.

Free Plan: Up to 5 articles generated at no charge. No credit card required.
Pro Plan: Unlimited article generation for a one-time payment of $19.9 USD. Access is lifetime -no subscription, no renewal.
Prices are listed in USD. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers at any time. Existing Pro customers are not affected.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details. Your Pro plan is activated automatically upon confirmed payment.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan within 7 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund - no questions asked.

Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we believe the policy is being abused (e.g. purchasing, downloading significant output, then requesting a refund).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
Use automated scripts to abuse the Service or overload our infrastructure.
Share your account credentials with others.

8. Your Content and API Keys

You retain full ownership of the articles generated using your API keys. We do not claim any rights over content created through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party AI APIs complies with those providers' terms of service.

Your API keys are stored encrypted on our servers and are used solely to make inference calls on your behalf. We never share your keys with any third party other than the intended AI provider.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Article Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

The AI Article Agent name, logo, website, and Chrome extension are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination of a paid account due to a Terms violation, no refund will be issued.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
